Labour Market Testing for 457 visa applicants
Effective October 1, 2017, in the Government’s drive to ensure that no suitable citizen or permanent resident is available to fill the nominated role, sufficient evidence of Labour Market Testing across various and appropriate media must accompany each 457 visa application. Copies of advertisements together with receipts as relevant are required for every submission.
