Employers have necessarily made urgent arrangements to prepare for the sudden and mandatory curtailment of LAFHA, and while the 3 month extension will be welcome, this latest news can only compound the recent challenges confronted by all concerned regarding alternate arrangements for LAFHA recipients.”
